Shipping Policy
Welcome to Zhara Beauty's Shipping Policy section. Here, we are committed to providing you with transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
All packages will be shipped out within 72 hours after the order has been placed. This takes into consideration the holidays in which post offices are closed. However, all purchases will be packaged within 24 hours with a tracking number provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Zhara Beauty, we understand the importance of a reliable return and exchange policy. We want our customers to feel secure and assured when making a purchase from us. Our return and exchange policy is designed to address any concerns or dissatisfaction you may have with our products.
All products are packaged with great care and consideration, ensuring that they are safely delivered and received. There are no returns on used products, as they have already been contaminated. However, for defect deliveries, such as spills, and crushed containers, documented proof will need to be provided, along with tracking number, within 24 hours upon receival. This can be sent directly through email at zharabeautysupply@gmail.com. Once 24 hours has passed, we are no longer capable of receiving returns.
